A true escape from office life and a club for tenants only, the B6 fitness centre is a temple of well-being featuring double-height space where natural light floods in from the fully glazed roof 40 feet above the gym floor. Featuring 2,500 square feet of strength and cardio equipment, B6 also offers luxurious changing facilities and locker rooms—with towel service—that allow active tenants to freshen up before heading into the office or out on the town.

Bike Friendly

Vancouver is a city that not only encourages cycling as a travel mode, but celebrates it. B6 makes cycling to work simple and practical thanks to multiple secured, well lit and well ventilated bike storage rooms. A bike hub is outfitted with a repair station and vented lockers for gear and day clothes. Featuring hotel quality finishes, the changing facilities offer towel service and access to a clothes dryer to make riding home at the end of a rainy day less of a chore.

Two spectacular rooftop gardens provide all tenants with places to meet with colleagues, places for a much-needed break, quiet spots for a bite to eat on sunny days, and stunning views of the expansive cityscape. In addition, tenants have the option to reserve these areas for private functions.

Reserved solely for tenants, two skylit conference rooms on the 32nd floor can accommodate small or big groups thanks to a retractable wall. Outfitted with the latest in tech equipment, the conference room and an additional meeting space offer dramatic views of the city as well as a deck for private functions. B6 is not just a place to work—it’s a building of activated spaces and healthy choices that drive and motivate. At B6 you can work well, and be well.

With the rich marble paving that wraps around the curvaceous lobby of the office tower, new cafes and shops add a unique aesthetic and outdoor experience to the neighbourhood.


On the ground floor, a variety of retail shops and cafes wrap around the B6 facade along Thurlow and Pender Streets. Sidewalk tables, chairs and terraces create a pleasant distraction to passersby and interrupt the pedestrian flow, thereby capturing customers and animating the streetscape. The result is a unique micro destination in the downtown core that is energized and spirited.
